Vision Champion On Board :
We welcome with open arms Wendy Walker to our church family who has taken the new exciting role as Vison Champion for St Pauls Church.
Our New Church Vision Champion at St Paul’s Low Moor.
Our Service included the commissioning of Wendy to our official Vision Champion this was conducted by Catherine and accepted by Wendy.
Wendy went on to tell the congregation of her passion to ensure her role was personal and fitting for St Pauls. Wendy informed the congregation of the journey to become this role and exciting vision the church had. Wendy also joins our PCC and will be a significant leadership member and support for Catherine, PCC and the future of our great church. Activities were encourage from everyone to have input / ideas and be part of the future, Florence and Eve our regular junior congregation had many plans and very keen to support Wendy in her new role.
Wendy quoted in her acceptance speech :
"This role is like a batten relay and not that one person can complete this journey, To ensure the path includes the future young ones of our church to pass the baton to carry on and ensure the future of the church"

Lynn from our sister church - Christ Church at Chatburn who kindly came to the service at St Pauls to Support Wendy. Our image shows Wendy Walker and Lynn Farrimond as the new Vision Champion role alongside Catherine.
