Line Dancing Classes take place in the church on Monday afternoons. These are for beginners or more experienced dancers and with the emphasis on fun, fitness and improved concentration - but particularly FUN!
The sessions are from1.30 pm - 2.45.
Come and join us at our monthly soup lunches. Wide choice of soups available followed by tea and cake. Enjoy lunch and a chat with friends old and new.
The Friends would like to express their gratitude to Ribble Valley Council for the £500 they have received from the council's Voluntary Sector Grants. This will enable the purchase of storage for the Pilates equipment, thereby freeing up the Meeting Room, as well as a printer/copier, stationary etc. and storage for these items. The Friends will now be able to better publicise and increase their events and attract more people in the local community to join in. The extra money to complete the purchases has come from the sale of books in church and from the money collected in Lent from Laura's idea to miss one meal and donate the cost of the meal. A big 'Thank You' to all concerned.
