Our Charitable Status

St Paul's Church, Low Moor, Clitheroe is a parish church within the Church of England and forms part of the Blackburn Diocese.

Our mission is to serve God and our local community through worship, prayer, pastoral care, outreach and community engagement. We welcome everyone, regardless of age, background or belief.

As a church, we are committed to operating with openness, integrity and accountability in all aspects of our work.


Governance

The church is governed in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Church of England.

The day-to-day management of the parish is overseen by the Parochial Church Council (PCC), whose members work alongside the clergy to support the ministry and mission of the church.

Gift Aid enables the church to reclaim tax on qualifying donations from UK taxpayers at no additional cost to the donor.
