St Paul's Church, Low Moor, Clitheroe is a parish church within the Church of England and forms part of the Blackburn Diocese.
Our mission is to serve God and our local community through worship, prayer, pastoral care, outreach and community engagement. We welcome everyone, regardless of age, background or belief.

The day-to-day management of the parish is overseen by the Parochial Church Council (PCC), whose members work alongside the clergy to support the ministry and mission of the church.

Promoting the mission of the church within the local community.
Ensuring compliance with applicable legislation, safeguarding requirements and good governance.

How Donations Are Used
We are grateful for every donation received.
Financial gifts help support:
Regular worship and ministry.
The maintenance and upkeep of our church buildings and grounds.
Children's, youth and family work.
Community outreach projects.
Pastoral care and support.
Mission and charitable activities within our parish and beyond.
The day-to-day running costs of the church.
All donations are managed responsibly and used to further the charitable purposes of the church.
The church is committed to responsible financial stewardship.
Financial records are maintained in accordance with applicable legal and Church of England requirements.
Where required, annual accounts are independently examined or audited and presented to the church's Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM).
Where eligible, donations may qualify for Gift Aid.
Gift Aid enables the church to reclaim tax on qualifying donations from UK taxpayers at no additional cost to the donor.
